1.0 - Can I use iLogMiles in place of my handwritten log book?
iLogMiles will generate a PDF template for your daily logbook. The PDF template is an empty/blank Hours of Service log book page. iLogmiles will print the driver's name, co-driver's name, carrier name, carrier address, and date onto the PDF template. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to input accurate data and to comply with FMSCA Regulation ß395.8. iLogMiles allows you to e-mail this PDF template so that you can print, notate (write) duty status hours, remarks, fill in the graph, and sign. Please see the FMCSA publication - Interpretation for Driver’s record of duty status for further guidance. Driver assumes full responsibility for HOS Logbook, and compliance with all State and Federal Regulations, Guidelines, and Laws.

No, iLogMiles is not an EOBR. Please see above.
1.2 - Does iLogMiles store my location data on a remote server?
No, iLogMiles stores the location data on your phone.
1.3 - What if location services is disabled or the device cannot find my location?
iLogMiles will prompt you for your location.
